01 / DEVELOP A COLLECTION

Collection Development
& Product Direction

From an initial idea to a coherent collection—through original directions, sketches and considered development input.

Your takeaway: collection direction, concept material and clear development priorities.

Explore Collection Development

Who it is for

Manufacturers, independent retailers, established and emerging brands, and entrepreneurs or investors developing a jewellery offering. You do not need an existing design or manufacturing team to begin.

Scope of support

I shape a defined collection brief and contribute original directions, sketches, motif variations and annotated recommendations where agreed. The work considers materials, proportions, the intended customer and collection coherence.

What you receive

The agreed direction, concept material and development priorities, with further technical and production requirements identified. Quantities and the level of detail are defined for your assignment.

Suitable project briefs

A first gold or silver collection, a clearer direction for an existing range, or meaningful variation across related designs.

What to share

Your idea, intended customer, references and any known material, price-position or development constraints. An incomplete brief can be clarified through an agreed initial assessment.

Development and follow-up

The proposal defines review stages and any included revision allowance. Further CAD or sample reviews are separately scoped. Appointed specialists undertake technical validation and manufacture.

02 / REFINE EXISTING DESIGNS

Design Review
& Development Guidance

An independent assessment of proportions, construction and comfort concerns, based on supplied designs and agreed samples.

Your takeaway: documented observations, practical recommendations and validation questions.

Explore Design Review

Who it is for

Businesses and emerging brands with existing sketches, CAD visuals, samples or products that need refinement.

Scope of review

I assess supplied photographs, videos, measurements and specifications, and physical samples where agreed. The review considers proportions, construction, weight, comfort concerns and development priorities.

What you receive

Design-specific observations, practical recommendations and priorities, including points requiring further investigation, testing or technical validation.

Suitable project briefs

A ring with weight concerns, earrings requiring closer assessment of balance and comfort, repetitive pendant designs, or a product needing review alongside available customer and sales feedback.

What to share

Clear design views, available dimensions and material specifications, the current development stage and the concern prompting the review.

Implementation and follow-up

Your appointed designers, CAD specialists or workshop implement and validate changes. Findings reflect the evidence supplied; review does not certify performance or guarantee sales. A clarification discussion is included; review of revised designs or samples is agreed separately.

HOW WE BEGIN

A Clear Path Forward.

01

Discuss

Your idea, brief
or design concern.

02

Define

Agree scope, outputs,
fees and timing.

03

Develop

Work through agreed
stages and handover.

A complimentary introductory call establishes suitability. Where detailed investigation is needed, a paid initial assessment may be proposed. Deliverables, working hours, review stages, fees and timing are agreed before work begins.

Remote internationally. Netherlands meetings and visits, with agreed travel costs, and physical samples by prior arrangement.
Technical execution and manufacture remain with appointed specialists.
